I'm 18, my skin seems pretty normal, I'm just wondering what the long-term affect may have been, I'm just worried my skin may have 'super-fast-aged' in that time, will I look 40 at 30?

No effect really. Not more than a few hundred years ago, most people didn't bathe for several months.

Your skin is able to maintain itself no matter if you bathe or not. Now not being clean may increase your chances of catching a cold or getting an infection with an open wound since you arn't washing away the germs. Other than that, there is no real long-term effects.

How old are you now? And is your skin that bad? If you are still a teenager you have lots of time to improve your skin, don't worry, most important is what you eat.!!

Well your pores were probably clogged with dirt and stuff, which is not at all good for the skin. This causes breakouts and such.

IF your skin is fine now, you probably don't need to worry about it much.
