He gave us the 10 commandments so that we can see we have sinned against God and he explains that without repenting and asking Jesus to be Lord of your life you will NEVER enter God's Kingdom.

Yes! The 10 commandments are actually a header for each part of the law. Paul said that by the law was the knowledge of sin. Thankfully Jesus overcame everything for me that I could not overcome for myself. the victory obtained for me by Jesus was far greater than some realize as he overcame;
sin
death
hell
the world
the flesh
Satan
all of which I could not overcome any one of these in my own strength.
Who is he that overcometh? But he that believeth that Jesus is the Christ.
This is the person who can truely say that they have overcome as he realizes that no matter what, his victory lies entirely in Christ and in no way in himself

You know sister I never even thought about this this way and so like you I would be just as curious. I seem to recall how the people begged the prophet Samuel to have a king over them like other nations but not the ten commandments. The only way this notion would make any kind of sense however unlikely is those who rebelled against Moses might want another ruler. But the Bible makes it specifically clear that Moses was like God to all the people so why would they need another ruler? But I don't recall offhand if they asked for a new set of laws. I do recall though when times got tough that they complained to Moses why they didn't stay in Egypt where at least they had food. It's a good question and I'm sorry for rambling but I'm just writing these thoughts as they come to me.... I don't believe there is one that would support this notion however. I mean not like one where they would want new commandments. Does that make sense?

If you want to believe that you are a sinner, whatever the meaning of that is, that's your problem. The rest of us are not that stupid to feel your guilt. If you feel guilty and depressed for whatever reason, why do you want the rest of us to feel the same? I think the position of people like you is very selfish and envious. You feel so miserable and we are such a happy people, that jealously you feel the need to make us feel like you by trying to make us believe that we are sinner, whatever the hell that's supposed to mean. If you make a better argument about what a sin and a sinner are supposed to be, without Bible's gibberish, maybe you'll have a better chance of convincing us. Maybe you don't know that Moses didn't give the real commandments to his people when he came down from the mountain, he thought they didn't deserve them after what they did on his absence, instead he gave them a list of prohibitions and not the true lows of "his god".

Not only the the ten commandments, but the whole of ritual law as well.

However, we must be very careful about becoming legalistic, if you are the same person who asked the question I just answered, I really think that you need to focus on the subject of Christ's grace, mercy, love, and sacrifice.

Yes, that is what the Bible says. Read Romans. Galatians

I need Jesus.

"But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord." 1 Corinthians 1:30-31

This question should be an obvious fact to those who read the Bible, but it is hid from the hearts of men by disobedience to the Gospel.

Matthew 8:12 But those who think they belong to the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness. There they will sob and grind their teeth."
