I'm not complaining, I'm just wondering if any one else was...so we can have a party DUDE!! (sure don't wanna feel sorry for myself. lots of people have it so bad, I'm actually pretty lucky--- & I like being alone actually---but, I'd sure like to know someone else misses being WITH someone, (I do a little)

No matter what you say, you need people in your life. Close people, people who care.....Take hold of what you got and give, volunteer at Salvation Army, helping skid row group,etc. Take hold and be, have a reason to be.

My husband is gone for the holidays, and so are all my roommates. So today for Christmas Eve, I spent it all alone. Talked to a few people on-line, but nothing special, other than my Grandpa.
Tomorrow I am going to a friend's house, for dinner, because she doesn't like the idea of me being alone on the holidays.
Words from a great man (my grandpa):
"REMEMBER YOU ARE NEVER ALONE WHEN SOMEONE HAS A PLACE IN YOUR HEART."

Yea, I am alone too, but not as bad as I thought it would be. I think it is all in the way you perceive a day, whether it be a ordinary day like Monday, or Christmas, it is still just a another day. I am still on the computer, so yes, let's have a party.

I'm alone. Well, my husband works away ALOT! So, I was with family this evening but very depressed about it anyway. Me and Christmas is a love hate relationship. It depresses me that I'm older, it's not as much fun as when we were younger (I,m 34), I have no kids, husband is away....etc. So , yeah..I'm alone ALOT. I feel your pain....
