Most energy drinks such as Monster, Red Bull, and Cocaine are considered unhealthy by the FDA because they contain large amounts of caffeine that dehydrates the body and increases blood pressure. Protein drinks provide energy, yet they can damage the liver and kidneys because the ingredients are concentrated in large amounts. On the other hand, fruit drinks are a healthier alternative because they contain antioxidants which refresh the senses and improve the immune system's function. But personally, I would go w/ plain fruits (not drinks) because they do not come from concentrate and there is no sugar added. They naturally energize the body and are good in the long run too b/c they prevent many deadly diseases such as Alzheimer's and cancer.

If you are talking about something with caffeine in it, then none of them. They have a lot of vitamins, but caffeine is really bad for you. Try taking a vitamin every morning, possible something with extra vitamin B as that will give you more energy. Try to avoid foods with lots of sugar and carbs as it will actually make you feel tired more often (stick to high protein foods when on the road for more sustained energy).

I would suggest Yerba Mate tea. It has become very popular in the U.S. over the past year. Yerba Mate is a South American herb(grown in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay) and also is a natural stimulant (devoid of side effects and toxicity). You can purchase it in tea bag form and drink it hot or, after brewing it, pour it over ice. It doesn't contain vitamins but it will give you energy. Also, it is not very expensive in teabag form. Some companies, such as Guayaki, make it pre-brewed in a bottles. Mate products are sometimes marketed as "caffeine-free" alternatives to coffee and tea, however it does contain some caffeine. Mate also contains elements such as potassium, magnesium and manganese. It tastes much like green tea but you can find it in different flavors from various companies. I enjoy it and drink it daily. Take care and Merry Christmas!

I drink one 2 times a day (8am and Noon) and it gives me all day energy. It's healthy and has vitamins and is natural. It is the first energy drink to hit the market in powder form. It's very convenient as well as it comes in ez to carry packets that you can mix in the beverage of your choice no matter where you are at, on the road or at home. I mix mine in Dasani lemon flavored water, shake it up and enjoy. It works in minutes and last for several hours and it is extreme and awesome energy and they only cost $ 1 per drink. If you or anyone else would like a FREE SAMPLE go to the link below. You can also go to the on line dollar store from there to purchase these awesome drinks for only $ 1 per drink.
