PLEASE PLEASE can I come over, I promise to be good. I live in Phoenix, is that close enough?
I love salmon and that sounds better than all the usual typical crap, I'll even bring a gift - under $30.
ps - sprinkle a pinch of parsley or dill on top just to give it some green and a pinch of crushed fresh black pepper. For a change, try crushed white pepper (it's harder to find) but hot, also grind up some fresh sea salt and put a pinch of that on top too, then everyone can salt to their own taste. Serve with merlot if wanting a red or any white wines.

I like to use dill or flat leaf parsley... I think you might be able to find pictures either at foodtv.com or allrecipes.com

I like to just put lemon. And dill.
Good luck! I'm sure your dinner will be lovely!
