it is an LCD Samsung 3241D which we have used a VGA cable to connect it to the Toshiba satelite laptop. The pictures that comes out on the LCD is very blue and red colours are not visible. There is colour distortion for other colours too. I have tried adjusting the colours using the Nvidia display software, but the blueness is still evident. My graphics card is the NVIDIA Gefore Go 7600. Has someone faced similar problems while trying to connect laptop to a LCD screen? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas to all!

It is quite possible that your Red channel is missing. This could be due to a bad VGA cable or a bended pin in the VGA port (in the cable, the PC, or the TV).
So, check the cable and the laptop with another monitor, then make sure the VGA port on the Computer is OK.
