Jesus had skin the color of copper and hair like cotton according to the bible. That doesnt sound European to me.

No, and he would not have had features like any one group, not even the Jews, but he would have had parts from all groups, as he was a perfect human being, almost a clone of Adam, the man who brought sin into the world. He contain all the same genetic material as Adam. When Mary was impregnated, the genetic material would have overwhelmed and dominated hers in all features. One of the meanings of the name Adam is Red Man, so that may have described him. As for Christ, consider a perfect human being who worked for at least 18 years as a carpenter under Joseph, out in the sun every day. Because of his genetic structure, he would have have had the leathery look that humans take on who work for years in the sun, but he would have been a very strong man with the ability to break any man in half. His humility came from his baring and how he presented himself, not from appearance.

Jesus is not physically described anywhere in the Bible. He most likely looked like other men in the Middle East.

Nope. The only scriptural descriptions of Jesus indicate that he wasn't someone to be attracted to because of his appearance.
