i did it for 30 plus years and had great teeth..

then was told to use something with fluoride...boy did my teeth and gums look bad..the fluoride is a by produce of alum. factories...
so i personally stay away from it...and just eat a very heath diet.. and my dentist says my enamel is great.....

so i use baking soda, salt month wash and water pick.. and get my teeth cleaned two times a year....

Nothing, you will have just brushed your teeth with Baking Soda! Your teeth may be a bit whiter. Do this, I have.. mix Baking Soda with Peroxide to make a paste and brush your teeth.. just don't swollow it.

Baking soda is great for cleaning the teeth and also for freshening the breath. I would recommend that you brush for not more than 2 minutes because you don't want to wear out the enamel on the teeth with excessive brushing, which is true with whatever you brush with. Your teeth and gums should be healthy with the baking soda

without the flouride, tartar protection, your teeth would not be healthy. they would be white but not healthy. they would be more likley to become more sensetive, and decay. if the reason you are brushing with baking soda is to have white teeth, get a toothpaste that has baking soda in it. that way, you get the flouride, cavity protection, and whitening all in one tube. there are bleaches over the counter you can buy, like crest whitestrips, but they also make your teeth sensitive. stick with the toothpaste, much better for your teeth.
