It is written,
1CO 12:12 The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body

Now who the hell could have possibly known this in those days, HUH?
This verse is as good as 'The Athiest Nightmare'

How can you all be so ignorant of that UNDENIABLE proof of divine inspiration.
lol

1CO 12:14 Now the body is not made up of one part but of many. 15 If the foot should say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," it would not for that reason cease to be part of the body
Recent christian SCIENTIFIC studies have shown it possible for feet to talk.
So much for your "science"

This is a reference to what the catholics and others call the mystical body of Christ. This is referred to as the Sonship in certain other disciplines.

It is the sum of all of creation, often referred to as the son of God. It is not a reference to any particular human body. Although your avatar has a rather interesting one.

I HOPE this is just an awkward attempt at satire. I am thoroughly unimpressed with this passage of the Bible, as I am with most of it.

If you want "proof" of Divine inspiration, look no further than to the story of Prometheus. He was chained to a rock and an eagle ate at his liver, but it would grow back the next day to get eaten again. Scientists now know that the liver, alone among the body's organs, CAN grow back! (When a living person makes a liver doantion, he gives up half the liver, and both he and the donee end up with complete livers!) That settles it! We should all worship the gods of Olympus!

wow, i don't know what to say, I'm speechless.

i mean seriously can you explain what the hell is so amazing about this verse? it states the obvious, a child could realize it. The body is made of many parts... umm OK duh, and they all make one unit... umm did you think each part was a separate entity or some thing? that your arms and organs and head were all different beings that are in no way related to one another?? i mean why would you get people all excited over nothing? that's mean.

Look at your throat in a mirror. Note the creases that ,make it look like it could, with some effort, be removed, then replaced. Are hands the same shape as the head? Yet they are connected.

This is a pretty simple belief, started by cavemen even [Most likely, you can eat specific parts of a grazer.]

There is also a verse in Genesis 1
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
That obvious one hasn't crossed your mind yet.

Your sarcasm only implies your dislike for the word of God. The preaching of the cross is foolishness to the perishing.
This verse is showing the relationship between believers as the body of christ. It also implies how we have a body, soul, and spirit like God, which all work together as one. Just like the Triune nature of God.

the interest is the position of mirrored image of the interior portion of one's being. the genuine emotions and could of someone shine out of the eyes. This word is a metaphor, emphasizing that the interest is style of a lamp. The evaluation is used to narrate the accepted aspects of a lamp with what shines out of a guy's heart. that's totally defined and stepped ahead interior the synoptic passage in Luke 11:34-36. Verse 36 clarifies the metaphor: "If thy complete body therefore be complete of sunshine, having no section darkish, the full will be complete of sunshine, as at the same time as the brilliant shining of a candle doth supply thee mild. at the same time as what's interior you is darkish, there is basically not a lot mild shining out, yet at the same time as your complete being is mild, that's going to shine as a glittery candle does.

Anyone who has seen a human body that had been torn apart by animals would know the body has many parts.

Well seeing that Christians loved to murder so much, it would not be hard to see many organs fall out of bodies as they killed people. Especially when they used to tear out the intestines as a means of torture.. So you are completely wrong, it would be easy to know this.

Ah, I think they figured out that they had arms and legs as well as a torso, fingers and toes. They also realized that those worked as a unit. Or did you find the procedure for brain surgery in there? If so, please do quote the particular book, chapter and verse.
