Had this problem. You gotta call a company that speicalizes in getting rid of fleas. Almost every house w/fleas has animals, so these companies will not harm the animals. Look one up in a phonebook. It's the only way. Sprays, flea bombs, etc. don't work.

First if all I am sorry but it doesn't matter how many animals you have for some reason the fleas are everywhere all the sudden I have 2 dogs and 2 cats they all get front line monthly and out of nowhere there is fleas everywhere. I think its the weather change. I went to pet smart yesterday and asked them what I could do they recommended a full house flea bombing then flea collars, baths, and yard sprayer for fleas. Pet smart said its best to treat the whole yard but if there is alot of property to treat the perimeter of the house and a good couple feet around . Good Luck:)

There is a chemical that smells like roses called (Fleas Be Gone.) Just spray it around your house and it will instantly kill the fleas. It has no bad odor and does no harm to the animals.
Hope this helped Nessa.

this is not real super quick, but will work. Put a dinner plate on the floor, fill it with water (Keep it where animals cannot step in it, but close to thier drinking bowl so they go to thier own water). Put a couple drops of dish soap in it. leave a small light like a night light right above it and the next morning it will be full. I also heard sprinkle your carpet with borax and leave it for about a half hour then vaccuum it up, this is supposed to kill any eggs that hatch. I've used the dish soap trick, but not the Borax

I also say the 20 mule team borax!!!
Just sprinkle it all over your carpets and mattresses..Leave it sit for a few hours..Then vacuum!
I took a broom and kinda smacked it down into the carpet{after i left it sit for a while}..I wanted to make sure i was killing those critters.LOL
Another good thing for you to try..Dawn dish soap.Rub it on your kitties while dry and leave it sit for a few mins -then wash it off.It is a GREAT flea killer!!!

you can go to your neghborhood feed supply store and ask someone there - they most likely have a solution that you mix with water and apply it to your pets as well - make sure you let them know if you have cats, dogs, or both- some products for dogs are harmful to cats -
