that's how they validate themselves. they have self esteem issues and need the attention from men to feel whole, but when they get it, they act offended to build up themselves. maybe we as a society should spend more time looking to the inside to find beauty.

I don't understand it either. I don't condone it because provocative dress on a woman can trigger responses in some men that are oppressive and even violent.I believe one should wear what one wants, but it's the unstable ones that make me a bit conservative about it.

i think they dress that way to impress the guy they like or find a guy that will interest them. If some random guy compliment on them and they aren't attracted to it, that's when they get offended and will dismissed you by making faces or avoid you....
