How would you go about styling your hair like this?

I already have the cut, I would just like to know how to get the same voluminous, piecey style. thank you!

Just take the pic to a good hair stylist. They will do it the way you want and you'll be able to see how it's done so you can do it yourself later. :-)~

Put mousse and a root volumizer in damp hair, then blow dry upside down until it's almost all the way dry. Then, flip your head upright and dry the ends around a round brush so that you have a really smooth bob going on. Finally, use a product like Bed Head's Manipulator and work a little bit through your whole head, paying special attention to piecing out sections of hair until you get it looking like the way you want it.
