Lets say i just met a girl i like. How do i know how early to touch her(hold her hand etc..) My problem is im very conservative and end up getting girls to not like me and not getting what i want. HOw early do you touch them (not perverted way) ....

in my opinion license to touch in the way you seem to suggest is due to all of us. it should be ok to touch someone we know if the occasion warranted it.
some people are sensitive about personal space. that's down to individual differences which none of us can answer you on here, unless we're the person you're talking about in which case it'll be a violation of the community guidelines.
too much in my opinion would be going for her boobs at an inappropriate moment. with a few adulescent/otherwise 'special' exceptions i presume that's a widely accepted threshold.
many people don't really mind hand holding, others would sooner kiss you and/or let you in their bed than let you hold their hand.
(i've met one or two infact that take hand holding (+door opening etc) as a patronising gesture, maybe it's the way i did it? maybe THEY don't understand what motivates a gentleman...) perhaps you should be mindful of that too?)
watch for the signs of when to make a move. if you're good with gagueing body language use that. if not then it's always good to practice.

You can touch a women on the first date, it all depends on how you touch her.. You want to touch a women with so many feelings in that one touch.. I know it sounds crazy but I am telling you the damn truth.. Its as easy as a simple touch on her lower back just to slightly move her on the right side of you so that she isn't walking next to the street where cars are...But when you do it touch her in a strong manner, but not to strong. Gentle enough that she can get pleasure from you soft touch, but strong enough to place her where to want her to be..It shows her that you are gentle, but also a man that will protect her when the time arises..Nothing but great things can come of this...

your best bet is to probably either let her do it or wait until you really know her. if its only been a week, it may be too fast for her. You can always talk to her about it too. It would only help, although it would be akward. You should start to get a vibe from her though when shes ready. I hope things turn out well!!

I would say it has to do with maturity and confidence. If you feel comfortable in expressing yourself so early in the relationship then go for it.
