okay so you are still young and guys are going to come and go over the years and there will be many I am sure but I would say that if you are having to ask if its the right time or if it is to soon then my answer is yes it is to soon. I have a little brother you age and I know that you are going through many changes now that you are getting older but I promise that if you wait you aren't going to miss out on much. An 3 weeks might seem long but try 4 years. So I can only give you advise but in the end you have to make the decision for yourself. My advice would be for you to wait I would would wait at least until you have been together for 5 months or so. but that's just my advise plus when you do things cuz you like people they can do or say hurtful things about you. so thats what I can tell you but I hope that you make the right decision.

U r young but y not kiss on new year's it's just a kiss as long as it doesn't go farther. And u kiss becuz u mean something 2 eachother and not just becuz u haven't had a kiss yet.
