It appears that there is: Silvia, in "The Two Gentlemen of Verona". There is also a play where 2 brothers rape a girl (Lavinia, in Titus Andronicus). [internet search]

Two Noble Kinsmen is pretty much all about two brothers and their love for one girl (but this play wasn't written solely by Shakespeare; he collaborated with other writers of the time).

In Comedy of Errors, two sets of twins (who don't know about each other) don't really fight over women, but are just victims of all sorts of obvious confusion, so it might seem like there is a love triangle.

Although they aren't brothers, Demetrius and Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream fight over Hermia and Helena like brothers would.

In Two Gentlemen of Verona, Proteus and Valentine fight over a woman, but they aren't brothers either.

That theme of '2 brothers and one woman' is also central to Shakespeare's 'Hamlet'- where King Claudius is found to have murdered his brother King Hamlet and subsequently married Hamlet (the central figure of the play)'s mother, Gertrude, Queen of Denmark.
