The Biblical literalists control their faithful by telling them the Bible (5th KJV edition) is the true word of God. They then tell them what to do and think, by telling them what the passages mean. If page 1 is just allegory, their mind control falls apart. Evil men do evil things to keep their power. They lie and deceive, promoting ignorance to keep their status.

The answer is NO to your question !! Show one scientific law known to man that proves that intelligence can manifest itself from matter ? Or that order can be created by disorder ?? During all of recorded history there has never been a substaniated case of a living thing being produced from anything other than another living thing !! It is highly premature for materialist to claim that all living things evolved into existence , when science has yet to discover how even one protein molecule could actually have come into existence by natural process !! There is no scientific proof that life evolved ( or even could ) into exsistence from non living matter ! Further , there is substantial evidence that spontaneous generation is impossible !! Only DNA is known to produce DNA !! No chemical interaction of molecules has even come close to producing this ultra-complex code which is so essential to all known life !! Looks like you need to do some investigating of your own ?? Unless you have these answers , then you don`t need to be posting question about the false therory of evolution . It is very obvious you are not qualified to debate against a 2000 year old Bible , or the intellegence of any Christian !!! Increased Intellegence can only come from existing intellegence ! GOD is the Supreme Intellegence that started it all !!

People of all religions around the world really need to thoroughly research the history of what they believe. In the past I had attended religious studies based on the bible with people of many national backgrounds. The funny thing about this was is that everybody's bible translations were slightly different & sometimes very different. This lead me to question the validity of what I had been taught in "bible school" as a child. I currently am undecided religiously speaking but plan on reading the bible for myself in the original hebrew & greek texts before making a final evaluation on Christianity.

Scientifically speaking, there is always equally as much research proving religious beliefs & tying them into modern science as there is against it. It is a feable argument to try to prove or disprove "God". To disprove something you would almost have to prove it first & to prove it you would have to put limits on "God." The research for both would prove contradictory & think if anything you have to look at religion throughout history, make sure you reallly check your sources & do what you know is right.

What motive could they have for enhancing dumbness ? I think they are just truly misguided and deluded with out knowledge of the fact.Faith in gods and blind obedience is an opiate like no other. they just have an inkling and are programed to avoid any chance of enlightenment or free thinking that questions as that would be blasphemy to the faithful . so you wee it's really hard to imagine any premeditated will or collusion except maybe within the hierarchy.
