I got my boyfriend a xbox360 and he gave it to his ex girlfriend as a gift!!!?

My cousin is friends with the girl and she told me! Im so upset because i paid 350 for that game system and he gave it to her as a gift because my cousin said they are still fooling around and he still likes her! Im so furious i feel like kicking him in the balls! How do i get that game system back and my money???

Wow, that was pretty ballsy of him to do that! Unfortunately, it was a gift so it would be difficult to get it back, you might have to chalk it up to a lesson learned. UNLESS, of course, you want to be ballsy right back and ask him for it, or you can just call him on it as far as him gifting your gift to his ex and fooling around with her. Or you can just casually be at his place and if you don't see the Xbox360 ask him very casually "hey, where's the Xbox? Don't you play it?" or something like that and see what his reaction is.

If he did do this, it's tacky and I would just kick his rear to the curb but make sure that he did gift it & is fooling around with his ex before your foot hits is rear.

Ekk!! Ok let's just take a step back here for a second.... Alright now you state that your cousin told you all this information. First of all I must let you know that you should NEVER go on hear say NEVER!

What you need to do is find out for sure before kicking your boyfriends testicles up into his throat! The way to do that without him know you've been told this by your cousin is to ask him " hows the game coming along? Do you like it?

And then go on to say "well I saw somemore games and thought hey you'd love these so I got them, but I'd like to play a game or two with you"

Here is when he'll either tell you he don't have it ( which will take some balls on his part) Or he'll tell you sure babe that sounds awesome thanks!

But listen dear you must remain calm during your PI work don't run blab this because YOUR NOT SURE! So do your homework if it pans out that this is the case.. I suggest you call this other girl up and kindly let her know what is going on.

Caution!! Don't call this girl up and start yelling and carrying on remember be nice even though you may not want to be being as he's more than likely cheating on you.

You have to beat this joker at his own game so listen here hun "outwit, outplay and outsmart" those are the key words you need to remember here and you'll get your xbox back!

Good luck.. by the way once you've gotten your xbox back do yourself a favor and kick this creep to the curb and keep getting up! But don't do this until you've gotten that game back, use him just like he's used and is using you!!

Honey my best answer for that one is you need to tell him that you know an that you want the game system back and that you don't want a cheap cheating A hole like him around you because you deserve better okay and don't ever think other wise really you do. Don't let a man walk on you like that! You are beautiful woman that needs someone who realizes it. I just did the same thing as you I have been with this guy for the last year and a half and I loved him so. So I thought that I would do something nice for him like buy him an XBOX 360 and then after that I realized that he doesn't realize how great I really am so I got it back I moved out an its been about a week so far and hes begging but me I'm hitten the club. First if he hasn't been your boyfriend for over 3 years NEVER buy him anything over $75. He is not your husband. If anything he should have spent that type of money on you. You seem very smart it's just that on this situation you let your heart do the talking. As for pay back I know your pissed but i'd say cut him off completely. This is definitely a case for Judge Judy or that matter MORAL COURT. Legally speaking... I see a conversion of property Morally speaking.... he SO REGIFTED!
