Have we been trying to hard to impress dates with expensive restaurants and shows etc?

personally, i would save the house plan for another day. many people associate the first date with expensive places, fancy displays, etc. but the point of the first date is to get to know the person. i would go to an outdoor place thats interesting and not too busy.. nothing downtown and nothing flashy. just something cute and romantic. the first date is never about the place, its about the person and the impression. if u fit together, even a landfill will be fun.

Being in a public place is key though during a first date...in case either person ends up missing at least the waitress can be a witness...Unless I've known the guy for a while - I'd prefer a date in a restaurant because the guy would be less inclined to chop me into a million peices there. But if I've known the guy for a while or this is a third or fourth date, his house would be pretty chill!

yes it's no harm to attend ur first date at his house, provided not 2 alone but with his parents n friends together.don't take hard drink as this may hurt ur health.watching or playing DVD in his house is a good idea 4 passing time.it's pointless to spend ur money in the restaurants in order to show off.money is immaterial.

best wishes n Merry Christmas.
