My parents had two yellow cockatiels before I was born - the male was named Batman.
You could name him Batman, Robin, Superman, Birdman, Duckman? I'm following a similar train of thought here, yeah...
You could name him after the month you bought him, or after a band or singer you like.
Dennis Rodman, Elton John, Elvis, Prince, Johnny Cash?

Or after an actor or public figure: Brad Pitt, Jared Leto, Donald Trump, Sean Connery? You could name it James Bond, or 007.

Double-O-seven the bird...catchy.

How about Fifa, Alley McBird, Larry Bird. Have a nice day. Get another cockatiel. It would be nice for the other bird to have a bird in the same species. Gizmo and Gadget. Gizmo and Spike. Gizmo and Thingamajig.Have a great x-mas ^ - ^

I was a Land Before Time fan when I was a kid and so when I got my first male bird, I named him Peetree. I also had one named Ajay. I would name him according to his personality or any defining characteristics the bird may have.

I'd vote for Harley. One time a friend offered to take care of my Harley the cockatiel for a couple of weeks while I was away on vacation. When I got back she met me at her door with the comment, "You should change Harley's name to Harlot. She laid eggs while you were gone."

Sometimes names sound like other words (Mo sounds like no). I named my male bird Nate, and since there aren't many words that rhyme with Nate, he could always tell when I was saying his name.

Sam or Max are always good names. Animals like to hear the "s" sound.
