We will be going to Disneyland in March and I don't have the money to stay at the Disney resort hotels. I'm looking for inexpensive accomodations but good quality. The web deals are good but I can't find any good info on the hotels themselves.

I recommend the Peacock Inn and Suites, located just down the street from the Disneyland Resort. They have great rooms, a nice pool, wonderful concierge services, and are inexpensive.

C'mon folks, which Best Western? There are 3 very close by: Raffle's, Stovall's, and Park Place Inn. Of the three, Park Place Inn is right across the street from the park entrance.

However, the best place to stay, according to reviews on tripadvisor.com, is the Candy Cane Inn. While the Candy Cane Inn is very good, my favorite (non-Disney) hotel is the HoJo Anaheim. Check out the link below to see the best-rated hotels.

If you have Triple A then they can help you find an affordable hotel to stay at and maybe get a cheaper rate with your AAA card. Check google maps for hotels in Anaheim,CA.

I have been to Disneyland many times and we have stayed at several motels there. one that we do like is the Quality Inn. it is about one mile from the park and has clean rooms, as the last time we stayed. the last time we went was in Oct. 2006 and stayed at the red roof inn. very nice and not to high of a price.
hope you have fun and that this will help you.

embassy Suites, The cost of Disney Resorts is outrageous. The cost of a weekend stay at the Disney Resort is the same cost as my 10 day Caribbean Cruise. I couldn't believe it!

Best Western is a wonderful place to stay, within walking distance from the park, and even has family style rooms complete with an adjoining room with bunk beds and a fold out couch! Most comfy beds as well!
