you may have a dry mouth (when you have a dry mouth bacteria builds up). Drink more water, and maybe switch toothpastes (your toothpaste may be drying out your mouth). Try Tom's all natural toothpaste. I use it, and it NEVER dries out my mouth. In fact, it mostirizes my mouth and gives me ahhh... a nice clean taste in my mouth. Also, your mothwash (which probably has alcohol in it) is probably drying out your mouth AND killing good germs in your mouth. Try Tom's all natural mouthwash or a gentle mouthwash with no alcohol (these will moisterize your mouth and not dry it out). That's great that you are flossing, and do it every night and in the morning if u have the time. Also, do not chew gum or suck on mints (these have sugar which dry out the mouth and add sugar to your mouth which causes bacteria build up). Opt for sugar free mints/gum instead. If my tips don't work i hate to tell u this..... you may have gum disease. Consult your dentist in that case.

Get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. If you have a problem with bad breath and plaque build up then you should have them cleaned twice a year.
Other than that there is brushing and flossing. Also, the good electric tooth brushes will keep your teeth really clean.

Make sure the mouthwash you use doesn't have alcohol in it. It dries the mouth. Crest has a great alcohol free mouthwash. Use that or Hydrogen Peroxide. But besides that you're doing everything right. Also drink plenty of water. A dry mouth is a stinky mouth...

Do you drink lots of water?Your mouth needs to stay hydrated.. Breath mints or gum should help but the thing about gum is (the sugary kind) is bad for your teeth..

I suggest you see a dentist, you might have a condition that needs treatment..!

i personally don't think mouthwash is that effective because it kills the bad AND good germs. So the bacteria will just grow back again. If you do everything else you said above about 3 times a day after your meals, your mouth shouldn't smell too bad...^_^

Drink lots of water, staying hydrated helps. Chewing on cardamom seeds or parsley helps too. But it sounds like you're doing everything right - a visit to the dentist could check for other problems.

Long term: Visit the dentist for your cleaning every six months.
Short term: Chew gum, drink plenty of water, suck on some breath mints.
