The best thing to do is be honest with your self if you have to ask then you do have feeling for both these women.Ask yourself which one of these women would do anything for you like look after you when your old and Gray.That is the one that you pick.It always helps if you have feeling for the person;Remember love grows.

You have to decide what / who you think you'd be better off with. There aint no right or wrong answer. Its up to you. If you want the lady at work you know what you have to do. Well, assuming you love the woman you are with, tell your colleague that you aren't on the market. If you do not love the woman you are with, but would rather be with your colleague (which is risky in itself, as it can cause complications, if the relationship goes downhill), then work accordingly.

well.. instead of answering this question... i m telling something similar to this.. i m in america and.. my bf in india.. we really love each other and are looking forward for future together. but my bf's classmate in india alwats trys to hit on him every now and then. when he talks abt her to me. it seems like she makes him laugh , smile, fun kinda person. this hurts me alot . i feel i should not b jealous coz. he loves me i know and even his family knows abt us. but only my family does not and i will have to wait untill he gets some into some way of earning and kinda in his own career for my parents to not have a question to dislike him. untill he meets my parents we would have to hide this from our society. he cant tell this gal that he is already kinda engaged. but i dont see any way to calm my heart and mind down. evertime he talks abt her i feel so jealous. i feel like she is gonna break our relation one day!!! i m always very scared abt this.. HELP!!! plz

this one's easy! just tell your colleague that you are in a relationship with someone right now. if you're in a serious relationship tell her! and tell her that although you don't mean to hurt her feelings, you're not interested in her. and that's all you have to say!
