Before I fork over $20 or more dollars for somthing I won't use I'm try to find out the overall favorite cup. I'm thinking about getting the mma protective cup from combat sports international. Thanks everybody.

If you don't have a legitimate answere why are you posting? Find something else to do. I've always used plastic in the past, but I wonder if there is anything better.

I've been using a soft cup for years...it's great for accidental stray hits to the groin, but if someone is intentionally trying to kick you in the twig and berries your in trouble. I like ones that fit into brief or boxer-brief style supporters. I saw a new "spring loaded" cup by Shock Doctor in the Combat Sports International catalog, but I don't know anyone who's tried it yet.

I used the standard plastic hard cup for years. However, because of the frequency of my training, I hated to keep washing and washing the straps. So I just bought the one by Macho. I can just wipe it down with a disinfecting clothe. Just wear it over some briefs.

Look for one that will cover your pooper too cause when you get in the ring you are going to poop your pants you pansy!
