how do i get videos from limewire onto a zune?

ok i just got a zune for chrismas and im wondering how to get my videos from limewire onto it.

dont use LimeWire, i used to have it but there are lots of virus on it, when you are downloading something, you are getting hundred of viruses. im not kidding... im serious

if zune is anything like an iPod just drag and drop into the program it uses to get songs on it
