Don't use heat everyday and try Andrew Lessman vitamins. They seem to be working for me.

well, I heard that washing your hair everyday can make it grow faster.. not sure if that really works though. what I think seems to be more promising is using hair tonic regularly to strengthen your roots, and consume proteins. Proteins are good for your hair, as well as your nails. It is also advisable to have the tip of your hair trimmed every two months. Each strand of hair grows at its own pace, and becomes too 'heavy' if you don't have it trimmed regularly, which will make it more likely for your hair to break and fallout.

don't use heat on it, heat creates breaks and fractures in your hair, making it harder to grow out.
don't brush your hair when it's wet, it will make your hair fragile.
on that same note washing your hair dries it out, and it's suggested that you don't wash your hair everyday, more like every other day. ( personally i can go a week without washing my hair. )
do trim your hair at least once a year, it actually does make your hair grow faster.
hope that helps.
