What does it symbolize when your g/f paints her nails red before you pick her up for your date?? Is it a sign of her mood??

No, it's not a sign of her mood. If she wanted it to be a sign of her mood it would be black. Girls paint their nails many colors and there are many reasons. Maybe your girlfriend painted it red because of the season being Christmas and all. I don't know what she was wearing, so I can't say it matches her outfit. It could also be because she wanted you to notice them since red is a pop out color and you obviously did since you wouldn't be asking this if you didn't. I say, don't worry about it.
