I would suggest significantly increasing your caloric intake. My younger brother was told he was "too active" by our doctor because he was eating almost 5000 calories a day but not gaining weight. (At the time he was playing soccer and lacrosse 5 days a week and refereeing soccer and playing indoor.) She asked that he start drinking protein shakes made with an ice cream base (for the extra calories) between breakfast and lunch, another between lunch and dinner, and one for dessert.

To be honest, if you have been that weight always you are most likely to stay that weight no matter what. Im 22 yrs old, 5ft7 and weigh 120 pounds. Ive stayed the same weight since i can remember, i can still fit into my school uniform and most of my early teen clothes, Its hard to put weight on cos im trying, i eat anything "fatty" cos i want some extra weight. But nothing is happening! Maybe i have a high metobilism (or how ever you spell it!) and maybe you do too. But if you find out... let me know lol

A friend of mine successfully did that by talking some ISO-protein shakes ( you have to drink more water though) and eat more carbs.

I would have recommended going on BCP ( birth controll pills) cause many girls on the pill "do" pack on the pounds... but I am not big on people playing around with their hormones

Good luck

It is not a good to put on weight fast. It also depends on what your BMI is also. I am 47 5'5 weight is 110 with a small bone structure. My doctor is not concerned about my weight but, did say I could put on 10 lbs. and still be at my BMI. You probably have a high metabolism. There is medicine that you can take to lower it. Personally myself I would not take it.

ANY QUICK WAY TO GAIN OR TO LOOSE ISN'T EASY. SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU IF YOU WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT YOU COULD ALWAYS EAT LATE AND JUST GO TO SLEEP, THAT WILL ALWAYS KEEP THE WEIGHT ON YOU BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME YOU NEED TO BURN THE FAT! SO GOOD LUCK, AND MERRY CHRISTMAS

Honestly, do not try to gain weight, you are still young when you get older your metabolism slows down and you are going to be trying to loose weight, so don't try to gain weight.
