Try looking into any of the Intelligence fields. The Imagery Analyst (1N1X1) career is a very exciting and challenging job, but TOTALLY worth it! One downfall of it is that there are not alot of bases to go to. Also, the Intelligence Applications (1N0X1) job is very good (a bunch more bases around the world that is opened for this one). Good luck on your decision.

You might not like the Air Force. Wait until you get in first. You have a better chance at getting an education in the Air Force, than most other branches of the military.

Do something you like. I work as a medic and love my job,but be ready the military is a full time commitment, yes there are great benefits and great people to work with. But every positive has a negative. Check out the websites and talk to people who are actually in the Air orce and not just a recuiter.

do not difficulty about over manned occupation fields. they are over manned on the 6 to 11 3 hundred and sixty 5 days time in service factor. SSGt, TSGT and MSGT's, not for Airmen. with the help of September thirtieth 2007, the Air pressure pressure shapping will be over with. Then all occupation fields will be balanced back. Then that's going to bypass decrease back to the way it replaced into once. With basically a very small percentage of occupation fields getting over manned, in the experience that they have got a develop in reenlistments. Being over manned, does not recommend all ranks in that occupation field are over manned. ninety 9.ninety 9% of the time, its E-5 via E-7 that are over manned. And thats basically in accordance to what number of human beings attempt to reenlist.
