Now, when we try to take our pants off she grabs hold of the garment and humps away. I tell her that isn't very lady like but she won't listen. Seriously, I didn't know female dogs did this. Is this unusual?

She is letting you know who is the boss in the family is. Don't laugh or allow her to do this as you need to break her from this habit. Talk to your vet about corrective behavior modification to resolve this matter.

LOL Your dog is being dominant, read up about being the Pack Leader.
I reccomend the book 'Dog Listener' fron Jan Fennell.

It is not sexual it is a dominance thing. my female humps my husbands leg all the time because she is trying to tell him he is below her in the pack.

Our Rot was fixed at 6 months also. It totally screwed her up. She started biting people..She went physco. It was really strange. Sometimes you can give them hormones to help...

i wouldnt think so but if shes doing that then she is probably just showing her dominence in the house
