then you basically have to take a leap and believe him
be vulnerable
and enjoy it
there are alot of guys who are afraid of the "L-word"
but if for some reason he ever wants to use this to his advantage
and manipulate you with the fact he loves you
then maybe it isn't love

You shouldn't be questioning it, either he does, or he doesn't. When I say that I truly love my girlfriend, I mean it. She knows this because she has known me for over 5 years and we being going out for 10 months, so she knows how I am and that I don't lie. You should know how your boyfriend is and if he is telling you that he loves you truely or not.

You know he truly loves you when he wouldgive up anything in the world for you. TO be with you. You know if he would die for you or take a bullet for you. If he loves you you will be the treasure he will protect the most and you should just trust what he says he loves you hun then you better believe it.

In a relationship, you have to have honesty, communication, and trust. You don't sound like you have the trust. Pray about it, your trust and how you feel about him. Prayer does help and does work. Have a Merry Christmas. I hope he hasn't done anything to break the trust you seem to not have. It is a hard thing to get back.

I don't know, you know him, do you trust him?
Or did you shun him and hide away, and make excuses not to see him, and eventually lie to him. His phone was busy, Etc.
If he said so, then he probably meant what he said.
