Features that I need :
Sharp picture,Anti-shake,good quality color,good zooming,can capture at least 2MPixel of still pic,long lasting battery life, eazy download for video recording,good night vision and the weight is considered light.
Any recommendation ?

I like the JVC cameras for nightalive, but our camera is new and I haven't really thought about 'anti shake' since the only filming I've done so far was on tripod.

Not many cameras have nightvision that works that well. All SONY cameras, on the other hand, have nightvision and you can get one w/ 2MP pretty cheaply. Go to www.circuitcity.com and you can just type in the specs you want and it'll give you available options.
