The strongest I have drunk was 190 proof (95% alcohol) Everclear and folks this does NOT exist in 200 proof, it would evaporate as soon as it comes in contact with the air Rumour has it there's an alcohol in Poland which is 192 proof (96% alcohol) but I don't know the name of it.

The strongest drink would be 200 poof (us) or 100 percent alcohol content the Liquor stores sell "Everclear" it is grain alcohol that is 180 proof or 90 % in Canada. Speciality wine and liquor stores sell it ... There is stronger stuff called moonshine or white lightning... it is made from a grain "mash" but it is illegal and made in still . The only two ways I know how to get that is to make a still and mash yourself, or to know the guy I Know !!!! Ha!! Ha!!l Cheers man !!!!! I know they sell it in Manitoba Canada liquor stores...

Besides Everclear, there are some very potent liquors out there that also taste good. For mixing, I like Bacardi 151. It makes some fantastic (and powerful) Polynesian drinks.
There's also Green and yellow chartruese, which is 110 proof, and goes great on the rocks.

I make moonshine and its very smooth yet has a kick.A gallon milk jug will supply my clients usually for about 1 month when they stay tipsy all day( they dont drive )so i have to take it to them,and i get $40.00 a gallon.I always give a 2 once sample and a flame test before any cash is passed hands so they are getting real good stuff. When i do this i get a lifetime customer.And it sell to anyone who is respectable ..

For people with an allergy to anise, Absinthe is the strongest for the effect. Just make sure you paid your medical insurance this month.
For effect, I think Jagermeister will get you drunk the fastest if that is what your looking for.
You can even speed up the effect by mixing it with a soda. Soda will halve the metabolism time.

Grain alcohol,you could start your car with it.I destroyed my liver from drinking all sorts of different booze.My advise is you might as well just drink gasoline for that matter.Don't F-up like i did,cause that stuff will eat your liver,pancreaes,stomach linning and can be fatal.Be careful and merry x mas.

Everclear, but what Kikikicom didn't add was that it was made illegal in those states as of last november (05). It's other uses noted is hand cleaner, disinfectant, panic surpressant and pain killer. And one of the drinks made with it is Romulan Ale: 1pt everclear, 1 pt blue curacao and 1 pt barcardi 151. They use it backpacking as fuel for cooking... that way, if it spills into dinner, it won't ruin that nights chow.
