No absolutely not! Never place any child seat in a side facing jumpseat. The seats are not manufactured for that.

Yes.
The car seat should be rated for a side impact crash as well as a frontal crash. If you put the seat in the jump position, the acceleration the child will endure in a frontal crash would be similar to a side crash otherwise, and vice versa. Its not so much the position, as the restraint from moving and impact.
If you're concerned, there should be a phone number on the car seat you can call for their testing and the proper installation.
If you can turn the passenger side airbag off in the front seat (I don't think you can, because the vehicle has rear seats) the child will be more comfortable. On the other hand, if you have the jump seat on the right side, the child can watch you what you drive.

No, you can not put a car seat in the side facing jump seats. The seats aren't designed to be used in that manner and your child could be seriously injured in a crash. Any kind of rating a car seat may have for side impact crashes are for when the seat is facing the front of the vehicle, not facing the side.

Child safety seats are not recommended to be used with side-facing jumpseats. They are not safe for a child seat under any circumstance.
