.I have curly hair too, what you can use is wash it always with Garnier Fructis products for curly rough hair. I suggest you don't blow dry it because that makes it poofy, instead just air dry it and before its fully dry put Biosilk or So Silk on. They take out the frizz and make your hair really silky. (look at their names!!) The more you play with your hair the more poofier it gets, so after your done styling it, just leave it alone.
This is just something simple you can do, no eggs or nothing involved. you can also eat well, I know cheese is healthy for growing your hair healthier. It helps me, hope the same for you.

Farouk systems, that makes Biosilk, makes a product line called CHI (cationic hydration interlink) that has a heavy version of the silk with a larger molecule so it works better for thicker hair. no alcohol, no oil, just pure silk. using that on wet hair, blowing it out, flat ironing with a good flat iron (CHI) then using a bit more silk infusion for added shine will do the trick. Promise! And it won't coat your hair or weigh it down, like a synthetic anti frizz product would.

Try some soft herbels and green tea if they are lying around the cabnets in your kitchen or even some vinegar and regular tea. First, flourish your hair out with vinegar to enrich your natural oils of hte hair and then wash your hair out with green tea, or regular tea...... or you can buy some green tea tablets that are good for your hair or some green tea tablets that dissolve in water for a great scented washing. These work because I have really curly hair too and this is what I do once a month to keep my hair healthy and full of it's natural, vibrant color and oils.

Here is my secret:
1. Use infusium leave in conditioner straight out of the shower
2. Blow dry hair brushing it till it frizzes out everywhere
3. Use a straightener iron to straighten it
4. Use a curling iron to curl the ends
5. Spritz with Finesse Spray (for non-sticky silky hair)

It takes a little less than an hour for really long hair but you will love your hair to death!

This is going to sound really weird I know but to make your hair softer and silky do the following:

Wash hair using shampoo and conditioner and then take about 2 cups of mayonaise and work into hair, leave in for about 15 minutes. Then wash hair again using lots of shampoo (no conditioner this time!) and make sure you get ALL of it out otherwise you will smell like rotten eggs.

Good Luck!

Sweety you can wash your hair, oil it just a little and flat iron your hair you don't have to have an expert to answer that. Don't put too much oil in it you don't want to weigh your hair down.

Raw egg batter........ is the solution.
massage it on your head, let it dry.
wash it.(it acts as a conditioner.
On regular basis, 1. on weekends oil your hair at night and
shampoo them in the morning
2. comb your hair when slightly ,mind you
slightly moist(not dry or completely wet).
3. comb your hair gently, resolve tangles with
short comb strokes, and not by having a
brawl with your hair.
Try these ,they will definitely work.
all the Best.
