Steel Reserve is the way to go (owned by Miller Corp.) Drink ICE cold though or it tastes like piss. Sam Adams is the highest but is expensive as heck and comes in a bottle not can.
Sparks is an alcoholic energy drink, comes in 16oz cans, tastes good, not bad priced, and 6.0% or 7.0% (Sparks Plus) varieties.
Great with vodka for SparksBombs.
Mickey's Ice is 5.8%
Olde English ranges form 5.9% in the east to 7.5% ABV western states. Olde English High Gravity 800 is 8% ABV.
But these usually come in cans larger than 12oz and more often in bottles.

Samuel Adams Utopias is the strongest beer in the world. It comes in around 24% alcohol. However it's around $100 a bottle U.S. Dogfish Head 120min. IPA is a little less at 19% alcohol and is much cheaper. Around $12 a bottle U.S.

I've seen and tasted some Belgiun beers that have alcohol content as high as 11%.
For good old USA brews, try an I.P.A., like Harpoon.. they average 6-7% alcohol.
