There are exercises that a woman can do to tighten up, especially after the birth of a baby (although this may not be the situation in your case). They're called kegel exercises. You or she can look it up on the internet. They're really very simple to do even in public and no one will know she's doing them.
The other possibility is that you're not turning her on enough for her to get excited & tense those muscles. Remember that she's more than a vadge with a person attached. Pay attention to the whole woman. For a start, brush her arm with a light romantic touch. Tease her a bit. If you make lovemaking less mechanical and more sensual, your problem may be solved.

Hmm... I'm not sure. There are exercises that can be done to tighten the muscles down there. She can try that. Maybe different positions might help.

how many times did you do it with her? maybe you hit her too hard man... try another style... or maybe your thing isnt growing that much...
