If you want to learn how to use a computer there may be beginner computer classes in your area, if that's what you mean. These classes are often taught at community colleges or even out of local high schools and these classes range from learning how to make the most of the internet to basic computer applications.
As far as what's it all about; computers and the internet can be a great source of information but a person can easily get too caught up in computers if they're not careful. Being outside in the world is the best way to experience it.

Well using a computer is a lot like life. Life sucks and so does life online. If I were you I would sell everything and move to Montana in the woods.
