With the exceptions of gout and pseudogout, none of the more than 100 different types of arthritis has any association with food.

So the answer is that there is no answer.

Have you seen a doctor about this? What about a rheumatologist? They specialize in diagnosing and treating all types of arthritis, and may be able to help you. However, there is absolutely no scientific proof that diet can influence most types of arthritis.

I think you are referring to arthritis. There's a supplement called Osteo Biflex that you can buy at most pharmacies and department stores and it may help. It's recommended by the arthritis association. Also essential fatty acids may help as well.
