Ok I had been to a Christmas party recently. I dont have problems approaching women I dont know and talking to them but it seems that after I talk to them for a little bit it appears they start to lose interest or get distracted and leave to go else where to talk to other guys. In all reality I am pretty bad with keeping a conversation going unless its of what my interests are but just about all my interests are geared towards manly things. Women dont want to talk about collecting guns ect. I try to talk to females about themselves and about myself but it seems the conversations only go as far as some yes or no answers from them and it doesnt flow. What are some great, long conversation topics or any tips that will help make the convo last longer? Just help a brother out here...Thanks

One of the common misconceptions of guys is paying attention to what they talk about as opposed to HOW they talk.
The reality is that the "how" matters so much more. To be interesting in a conversation you must come across as funny, engaging and different. THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO ATTRACT A WOMAN'S ATTENTION AND MAINTAIN IT THAN BEING FUNNY, JOKING, TEASING EACH OTHER and engaging in all sorts of banter. Sarcasm is one of your strongest weapons of attraction. If you maintain a simple, plain conversation, a woman will get bored and will feel like she is talking to a colleague, so you must avoid it at all costs.
Instead, talk about anything, but in a funny way with a sarcastic undertone.
Don't listen to cliche useless advice that suggests that you should ask women questions about themselves. This turn a conversation into an awkward interview.
Also, don't make a conversation too long! If you spoke for 10-15 minutes, had a good time, laughed and teased each other, it's time to say: "It's nice talking to you. I would like to continue this conversation but I have to go. How can I reach you sometimes?"

Satrt with small talk like hi and introducing yourselves. The conversation should mainly be about her because then it will make her feel like you really care. Talk about her hobbies, work, favorite foods, movies, music and drinks. She will then start asking about you.

Bond, some time listening or saying so tell me about that you find they are more then glad to tell you... Just remember LISTEN and if it something you don't understand ask question it will that you are interested in what she is saying, showing you are interested in her. Good Luck!!!

um, you can kinda talk about anything! just be careful not to sound stupid or overenthusiastic. haha i love it how guys think girls are so hard to talk to & you guys get so nervouse! just be yourself & talk to a girl about stuff you like, basically like talkign to a guy, just please dont talk about the size of your dick! i mean if a girl will like you she will like you for you... at least thats what you should hope for. anyway of course there will be topics you should avoide, you should know that! but come on... it is not that hard to talk to girls!

This works for me..........ask them how they feel about whats wrong with relationships today............then focus on thier lips when they talk and nod your head and say that is so true every so often and WALA!! you'll be peelin them off with a spatula.
