Get him neutered. Also have the vet check for a UTI or some other medical reason for him to starting going in the house.

my friends dog was peeing in the house too and it ended up having a bladder infection. this is likely indication something else is wrong, not just potty training. or maybe it is his the fact he isn't fixed.
