Of course Jesus is not God. Jesus claimed in the Garden the night before he died, "the Father is greater than I am." Also, Christians worship the same god as the Jews did in the Old Testament, and the Jews NEVER, EVER worshipped a Trinity. Not EVER!

Oh boy.
It really is pretty simple to say things like "This conclusively proves it: 1:13; 1:18; 1:34; 1:49; 3:16; 5:19-23; 5:37; 6:40; 6:69; 8:18; 8:42; 10:15; 10:36; 11:4; 12:49-50; 14:13; 14:23; 14:28; 16:17; 17:1-16; 20:17; 20:31 "
But instead of quoting meaningless numbers at each other, let's take a look at just a couple of things He actually said:
Matt 16:13-17
13When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say the Son of Man is?"
14They replied, "Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets."
15"But what about you?" he asked. "Who do you say I am?"
16Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
17Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven.
Hmm... Did He actually say He was God? Yeah, He told Peter that he was right on when he said Jesus was the Christ, the Son of God. That sounds pretty conclusive...
Let's look at another one:
Mark 14:60-64
60Then the high priest stood up before them and asked Jesus, "Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?"
61But Jesus remained silent and gave no answer. Again the high priest asked him, "Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?"
62"I am," said Jesus. "And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven."
63The high priest tore his clothes. "Why do we need any more witnesses?" he asked.
64"You have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?" They all condemned him as worthy of death.
Now I think I can be sure that someone out there is going to try to tell me that they don't know what "the Blessed One" means, but obviously the high priest knew what He meant -- he thought it was blasphemy (claiming to be God).
There are many others. How about this:
Luke 22:70
70They all asked, "Are you then the Son of God?" He replied, "You are right in saying I am."
Or then there was the time that Jesus told the authorities that, "Before Abraham was, I am." The sudden change in verb tense might throw some of us today off, but every true Jewish person knew exactly what He meant by "I am."
Yes, indeed, Jesus said many times that He was God, and the Son of God. He also proved it a number of times, and in a multitude of ways.
But that's another conversation.

The verses given, especially John 8:57 & 58 are good. But let's go the Old testament and prophesy.
In Isaiah 9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
Most do believe this prophesy was fullfilled in Jesus of Nazereth. And I ask if it's not talking about Jesus to whom then does it refer.
If it hasn't happened, when will it?
No I say Jesus is the fufillment of this prophesy and "The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father"

Princess God's people do not need a website or any man to teach them. We have the true word of God and the Holy Spirit to guide us.We do not flollow the teachings of a dead man but the teachings of a living God. When Jesus taught that he is the only way to the Father it is on many levels that this is true. Let's examine first who man is. All men have sinned. We are all sinners. What should we expect then from a righteous God? Sould God say it is okay that we have sinned if we are sorry? Can we undo our wrong? or do we wish for God to agree that wrong is no longer wrong? None of this make sense for a righteous God does it? or are we to assume that God is not rightoeous or that we are without sin? Which is your belief? that an unrighteous man can be considered righteous by a righteous God just because God is a liar and he will call that which is unholy holy? What is your thinking on this? I will tell you the truth and hope that you choose the truth of God and give up the lie of a man. God is Father Son and Holy Spirit who made us in his image flesh and spirit and together they became a living soul.If it is not true we die the same as a dog and perish with our flesh.Whan man sinned God came to the world to be temepted as a man and to overcome sin as a man a nd to die in our place to atone for the sins of all who accept his atonement. If it is not true than we remain unrighteous and we perish and if Jesus is not God then we need not worship anything because we are created for distruction.

Sadly it comes from mistranslation of certain texts, misunderstanding of others, and a stubborness on the part of those who actually know better now to step up and admit their fault. That said, The question of wether he is or is not God really doesn't matter a fig to God. He made it so that men could be saved either way because the requirement is to believe Jesus is LORD (not son or god) and that God raised him from the dead.

His name Emmanual mean God with us. While there are many verses that have been misrepresented to make the point that Jesus is not devine there are equally as many verses that say Jesus is God. Apart from Christ Church it is very easy to believe Jesus was nothing more than a rabbi.
The most important question Jesus asked was "Who say they that I am?"

If Jesus claim to be God, then god is no longer one and the 1st commandment is not valid. But I believe He carried god message of justice, peace, honnesty, loyalty, etc....to mankind. So if you believe and follow his messages(not just believe them at for convenience) you will be forgiven. Remember you can't foul God He is omnicient and omnipotent.

Do you feel when the Angel of Death enters a house, or do you see him when he takes out life of anyone? How does he take out the life of an embryo in the womb of his mother? Does he reach it through any part of her body or the spirit responded to his call with the permission of God? Or does he stay with him in the mother's interior? How can he who is unable to describe a creature like this, describe God?
