Roquefort Dressing
From


This recipe goes with Treasure Hunt Pasta Salad

2 ounces Roquefort cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons sour cream or buttermilk
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

In a food processor, process the first 4 ingredients. With the motor running, drizzle in the oil until blended.

Yield: Makes 1/2 cup (4 servings)

Get the mix for Hidden Valley ranch dressing then add 1/2 cup crumbled roqufert. Or if you prefet the oil use the Italian dressing mix.
Then there is this:
Roquefort Dressing
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
salt & pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Stir sour cream with mayonaise. lemon juice and Roquefort cheese. Add onion salt., then salt and pepper to taste Chill well overnight

Buttermilk, crumbled roquefert salt peper and garlic to taste. Now way to make in any simpler. If you want it thicker half sour cream hald buttermilk. If you like sweeter add a touch of sugar.
