WHAT HELPS GET RID OF THIS FRIGGEN FLU!! IM REALLY DESPERATE

Evidently, a major entry point of viruses/bacteria into the body is through the ear canals (even though it has long been thought it was mainly the eyes and throat). I found out through Dr. Joseph Mercola (www.mercola.com) that one can use plain old hydrogen peroxide. Evidently, you just pour some into the cap, lay on your side and drip some into your ear and let it bubble for a few minutes (3?). Then, you would sit up, let it drain from the ear and then repeat on the other ear. This procedure can be repeated every few hours. I've heard it works best when cold/flu symptoms first appear, but it sure doesn't hurt to try at any point!

It lasts as long as it lasts. If treated with antivirals at the very onset, the course can be shortened by a day or so, but it's too late for that (and the cost and potential side-effects of treatment make the antivirals less than attractive for most). Be desperate as you wish, but you'll not shorten the course.

Lots of sleep.
Plenty of liquids.
Try to eat.
Take whatever OTC meds you can.

I once got a flu shot and it nearly killed me. They tell me I am an exception. I had the flu for almost two months! Fortunately I have never had it since.

I am on the same boat. Cant get to internet, had the trojan removed but accoriding to my friend who worked on it, my cpu is full thats why the speed is slow. He couldnt do anything. I am screwed. Its an old computer but still works. Dont want to spend money on vista or xp again. I went ahead and uninstalled limewire but no help. The virus dont allow system restore to work either.

Sleep sleep and more sleep! While your sleeping, your body is fighting your illness. Also, even though you may not want to, be sure to drink plenty of fluids. Eat lots of fruits too (antioxidants will help your body fight)

And PLEASE dont forget to take your multi vitamin. Your body needs to have nutrients in order to be strong and fight the virus.
