sucky question!! haha POOR JackLove...

if i'm watching or listening to a beautiful thing / person.

time doesn't so much stand still as lose meaining. it just stops being a factor in anything and i just float or drown in the experience until my next wakeup call.

i dont' mean it in a stalkerish way like creeping up a cubicle or a tree with binoculars or tiptoeing after some 'nice piece of @rs' no.

i mean actually being involved. being allowed into their private space as well, i treasure that permission a lot. I think many people take it for granted and many people who grant it do it perhaps for more selfish reasons than altruistic ones.

listening to music is another time when beauty just washing through and makes time a meaningless twaddle.

tunes that i love right now are brahm's lullaby: we all know it but few of us have actually heard the original, or know that brahms wrote it.

ani difranco joyful girl the first time i heard that it almost made my eyes water. dave matthews band also did a really nice soulful version

ray charles, beautiful, jaco pastorius' portrait of tracy & bonnie raitt 'i can't make you love me' ... keith jarrett's album called the melody at night with you.. now that i look at the list it's mostly quite soppy but i do check out harder stuff as well, but this isn't a music related thing & i mustn't go on too long...

the only other thing (besides sex of course!) that stops all sense of time is food!

if you've got something deliciouis infront of you: your favourite whatever-it-is, then time just seems to fly by and suddenly you realise your plate is empty you've searved more, the pan is empty and sometimes you want to go on but your stomach is far from empty and it can't take any more! [ooh the glutony! that's so shameless but...] you just savour the taste. mint lamb, pie, kfc, burger, chineese, home made chicken, stew, lamb roast...

btw i can't wait for tomorrow!!

even thinking about it now! how many minutes of my life has it taken for me to write about this?

anyway cheers for the opportunity.

merry christmas!!

A car accident I was in. It was amazing. It happened so freakin' fast! I guess you could say that time moved so quickly that I wasn't sure what happened...until I re-played the whole thing in my mind once the car stopped spinning.
Josh Groban makes time stand still for me. *looks starry-eyed and such* Actually he just makes tears come to me eyes.

My wormhole generator that warps the fabric of time and space is great for making time stand still. Sometimes I just make the whole world stop, you all freeze motionless, and I walk among you for hours. Every lost something? It was probably me that pinched it while you were frozen in time.
