You cannot anwser a question that hasn't been asked. The question always precedes the answer. Therefore, the answer cannot exist without the question, and so the question is always more important than the answer, as far as points are concerned. The answer exists many times before the question is asked but you must ask in order to get the answer that you seek. Therefore the answer is more important than the question. Thanks for the 2 points.
