it is really all about the tecknique. You have to know the right way to do. First you need to make sure that you have your arms buy your year and they need to be straight. Then you act like you are sitting in a chair. Then push off backwards and up out of that position. Make sure that you go back and UP if you dont you could fall on your head. Then once you hit the ground you need to make sure that are pushing your shoulders up otherwise known as locking them out. After that just follow through and make sure to keep your arms straight and but your ears. I hope this helps.

If you are a trying this alone stop before you hurt yourself. Get some professional instruction. Cause all the people I know do this trick from a running start on cushion mats. No trampolines

I just got mine today and i was amazed at how simple it was. start in a position that looks like ur sitting in a chair w ur arms foward. when you start to flip back, arch your body and place your hands on the ground firmly.

You dont because you ARE NOT strong enough to withstand the rebound force with your hands and that leaves you neck to do the job. The red/orange sticker is right, you could snap your neck and DIE trying to do that. I say hesitantly... Stick to flips? please?

Keep practicing and get bandaids. You're going to need them.
