I am an older person and I discovered this marvelous treatment by chance when experimenting with healing for my very bad, hypersensitive skin prone to flaking, spots and breakouts when I was much younger. I could not even shave using shaving creams without getting rashes. I have now had a totally blemish free and youthful healthy skin for over twenty years and the happy by product of this self treatment was to slow the skin aging and sagging, prevent age spots and to a remarkable degree diminish face wrinkles and halt any more appearing. So much so that I am often thought to be 15 to 20 years younger.
Firstly I stopped using all those harmful commercial soaps and damaging face products and medicinal treatments and other so called cures. This is the treatment I gave to an ANSWERS question asking for help in ridding of spots, moles, and other skin problems (Yes it really does remove face moles as well).
The skin clinics and other so called experts all tell you to be very gentle when face massaging and so I was a little hesitant initially about massaging strongly but I found they were wrong and strong massaging is beneficial, tones and makes skin vibrant and healthy. Massaging strongly is the key to this treatment.
METHOD: Using an organic oil - tea tree oil works really well (it is a natural antiseptic) massage entire face (but be careful around eyes) with quite a strong, vigorous motion (at night is best as it will make face flushed). Also the nose but more gently. You will find you can make massage more vigorous as you progress. Skin is always shedding and renewing, the massaging friction hastens a spot and blemish free new skin to emerge. Initially, the skin has to adjust and if soreness, breakouts or other reactions happen - the skin might expel poisons that need to be expelled - then stop and resume when you can. You have to find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Stick with it & you will start seeing an improvement in about 2 weeks and overtime a completely clear and blemish free skin will emerge. You keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that and it will stay that way. But only if you stop using all those harsh, damaging products.
Try it and you will find that yo will never need to use anything else on your face again.

Botox will smooth the forehead & crow's feet. Retin-A also removes wrinkles but it's very irritating to the skin. The most important thing you can use is sunscreen. I found an inexpensive product Alpha-Hydrox I use it daily & have for about 14 yrs. I have NO wrinkles and I'm 39. I always use sunscreen and never ever tan, If you don't mind spending money see a doc and get regular chemical peels. They exfolliate the top layer of your skin revealing the fresher new skin below. There are other the counter peels that are less expensive and do work but not as well as the professional kind. But sunscreen will prevent new ones. Merry Christmas

You don't need to buy so expensive products all you need is proper way of taking take of yourself. No matter what products names or no names you use this all depend on what you are doing to your skin that counts. Try to have monthly facial treatment. When you are cleaning your skin in the morning or in the night in putting moisturizer make sure you give your face a massage that will last at least 5-10 minutes. If you will be able to do this for sure your skin and your lines will diminishes in time. But if you are a smoker this will not help you. Also drink a lots of water.

I know this sounds gross but you need fat in your face. Wrinkles are caused by lack of moisture. so a good home remedy is avocado ( its also really good on your hair as a conditioner) just puree a little in your food processor so it will go on smoothly leave it on until you are ready to take it off then just rinse with warm water. Also use facial products for dry skin because it has more moisturizers I like Mary Kay. Also Always Always Always use sunscreen even in the wintertime even if you have dark skin and you think you don't need it use it anyway.
Good luck ! !
