You need to see a dentist! The bad breath could actually be from stomach problems not necessarily the mouth. Heres hoping you don't have to have falsies.

If you have receding gums, you have gum (periodontal) disease.

If your gums bleed when you brush your teeth with normal brushing, you have gum disease.

Normal gums are pink in color. Occasional bad breath is not a sign of gum disease. Loose teeth can be a sign of other problems, not just gum disease.

If you are concerned, see your dentist.

A periodontist can help you with that. If your teeth are loose, chances are you may have some beginning gum disease.

I highly doubt you have something as severe as periodontal disease. Go to a dentist to find out though. Don't try to diagnose your own problems, as you might end up thinking you have something worse than what you really do.

I'm a nurse. It's hard to say without seeing you myself. I would see a dentist to find out. You deserve the best care you can get, you are worth it, right?

I would be very concerned about loose teeth. There are some medications that cause your teeth to fall out also. So please, make a dental appointment asap!
