Let them know that they are important to you. As far as attractive if they have little confidence (and I have been there) no amount of compliments will help. Just let them know that when they are in your life it makes it better. Always point out that it is not what other people think, they will probably never see most of the people they worry about again. It is what they bring personally into a relationship. TOOOO many people worry about looks, I personally think that personality COMES FIRST.

IF its a woman...Keep pouring on the compliments. Make everything a compliment. Everything. Rob? What do you thin of math. Well, its pretty damn hard. But not as hard as saying goodbye to you...Do you like Mexican? Yes. Its hot. I like hot. Like URANUS..Heheehehehe..Get it? The non stop barrage with a woman will get to her, even if she knows your game, it will still get to her.
IF its another dude, ask his opinion frequently on certain things. Have HIM give you advise on working out, women, and such...
