You won't find one on Ebay.

any gun will shoot blanks, you just have to find the blank rounds. A 9mm, .22, .38 ect will all shoot blanks if you can find the rounds. ( and most sporting goods/gun stores should have them)
or just buy a starters pistol.

so the cops will think its real and shoot you.......It was on the news not too long ago, where this 15yr old boy was killed because he drew what looked like a real gun.....don't understand the need for a gun that shoots blanks, other than to scare unwanted animals out of your yard.......guess you can tell I am a parent.....sure hate for Your mom to get a phone call in the night!!

Obviously you dont know much about guns and ammunition including blank cartridges. Most of the answers are 'right on'.

Do everyone a favor and DONT BUY A GUN............you could be way to dangerous.

Any gun shoots blanks,you just buy blank ammunition,but you can buy what's called a starters pistol.

Any gun will shoot blanks its the ammo that are blanks not the gun

In decades past you use to be able to buy these just about anywhere. They fire .22 cal. blanks. There are still some available, but they are scarce. Your best best is probably e bay.
